born in 1990 in Hamburg, became active in the media industry during his High School years. His fascination in film production lies in having grown up learning about movies from his mothers lap who worked as a movie editor in her own studio.

Since his 16th birthday onwards he has been working as an actor in film, TV and advertising. In 2011 he won two ensemble Grimme Awards; one for the film "Patong Girl" (ZDF), and another one for "The Valley" by TNT Series.
He also won the German Advertising Film Award for the commercial "Medienkompetenz - Alter Ego" that year. In 2012 Glauche founded The-Coco-Banana-Company GbR (wearebanana.de) under whose name he produced documentaries, short films, tv concepts and lifestyle clips for various clients.
